Images disappearing when using animations

    Hi,

    Whenever I try to use Elementor animations on a section that contains an image, the animation won’t work and the image will not be displayed on the page.

    I am running:
    Wordpress Version 4.9
    Elementor Version 2.1.1
    Elementor Pro Version 2.0.13

    If an image is not within the selection, the animation will play correctly.

    Any help would be appreciated,

  • This is probably a conflict with theme or plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins except Elementor and switch to theme TwentySixteen, see if it helps. Also, go over our troubleshooting guide:

    it’s not, I have the same issue using stock themes as well as my regular theme. It’s not been working properly since the Elementor update. Issues occurring with OceanWP and Twenty Seventeen.

    For your information, in my case, the titled issue only happened when page template selected “Canvas”,for example, if “Elementor full width” selected for template, the problems gone, the animation is working.
