images disappearing immediately

    Hi!

    I already created some effects over a month ago. Now I want to add a new one, but the images on the plugin pages “General Effects” and “Image Hoover” are not showing. Well actually they’re loading but disappear instantly. New created shortcodes are not showing either on any page on my site. If I look at the CSS of the pages and the plugin pages, this is related to this css setting for this element

    .oxi-addons-container .sa-data-animation {
    opacity: 0;
    visibility: hidden;
    }

    If I disable these css settings, the plugin and new shortcodes are working smoothly. I did not found any conflicting setting in the theme css or custom css. I should be able to reinstall, but I don’t want to loose my existing effects. The plugin offers an export function, but no import so there is no guarantee that export would be a safe haven for existing effects.

    I’m working on WP 5.6 and plugin version (ultimate, registered) 9.4.3.

    Please advise what to do!

    Sorry for the late reply,

    As you mention your bugs, may it comes it jquery error while I am using Waypoints final version and some of plugins or theme using another one with customization. Animation comes with waypoint settings.

    I suggest you check in several ways. like, go into image hover settings and set waypoints load “none”. If it works, That means it’s a waypoints issue.

    Another way is to go into the image hover shortcode customization page and set animation-none. if this option work that means there have some custom waypoints into your site.

    You can also share your website link while it’s private and never anyone see except me. from the URL text field.

    I think you will get your solution from my 2 ways and findout the bugs.
