Images disappeared!?

  • well.. 2 days ago everything was ok. i didn’t touch anything, didn’t install anything, but images on the website just disappeared.
    Can’t see anything in posts, featured images, sliders… when mouseover it shows link which is correct.
    if i log in on cpanel, pitures are there. also, image added into the post shows ok.
    so far.. i’ve tried to:

    -re-upload pictures in media library,
    -deleted htaccess content and created new one
    -create a new post with picture (not showing)

  • all plugins disabled, switched to twentyten, no featured images

    This means not a theme or plugin issue. Delete the wp-admin and wp-includes folder. FTP fresh copies of these to the server. Don’t overwrite, delete and add new files.

    BTW, the image linked above is 1.8mb. That is very large. It should be reduced in size. If nothing else, on some computers, it will be slow loading.
