After updating to 4.5.2, all my images disappeared from the Media Library. The white boxes are there, but no image. My header images disappeared, as did the images for the Bootstrap Slider. I have deactivated and reactivated the three plugins I have, but nothing seems to help.

Can you show us a page with the issue?

How do I do that? If you go to https://www.springfieldceramicsandcraftsclub.org, the header photo is missing, as are the bootstrap slider information and photos. All that shows is the box with the forward and back arrows for the slider.

The Media Library shows the names of all the documents that have been uploaded, but none of the images.

Some of the images are for our membership directory, which I am not willing to share for security purposes.

    Thank you for your help.

Are you sure that’s the right page? I can see an image inside your header and I don’t get any warnings for missing images for that page.

I do not see any image. What are you seeing? Is the slider working? It should have at least four boxes of information and a different image for each.

Let’s try another approach, because this requires me to know how your theme was meant to work.

Try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme. Does the issue persist?

Not only does the issue persist, but it did not carry over menus, etc. An odd thing is that the images show up on some of the pages.

Here’s what I saw: https://i.imgur.com/Q0Ggn6A.png after it redirected to https://www.springfieldceramicsandcraftsclub.org/wp/

Slider seems to work fine with images going by. Perhaps clear your browser cache or something.

The .png is what it is supposed to look like. However, when I click on the actual web link, it doesn’t show up on mine. And I use Firefox as well. I have cleared my cache numerous times. Very weird! Thanks for trying. I’ll keep looking.

If using Firefox, might try pressing CTRL-SHIFT-K to bring up the console and load the page to see if it’s actually requesting the JPG files and if so what happens.

“JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.0” is what comes up. I have no idea what that means.

The problem seems to be with Mozilla Firefox. Everything seems to be working in Internet Explorer. I will have to check on the version of Firefox, but it should be updating automatically or at least asking. Thank you for all your help!

That JQMIGRATE message is normal. Perhaps your Firefox is configured weird. Might try Firefox in safe-mode by going to Help -> Restart With Add-ons Disabled.

Anyone ever find an answer to this. Just happened to me as well.
