Hello,

I’m a customer of Siteground and have SG optimizer activated on a couple sites. For some reason on one site when “Combine Javascript Files” is activated all of the images disappear and, on some pages, the text as well.

I’ve checked your website on mobile and desktop, but the images are displayed.

Would it be possible to provide me a page URL where the images are missing?

Hey,

Thanks for taking a look. I just had a look myself and the content is missing. If you’ve just enabled the option it can sometimes take a minute to take effect, not sure if that has something to do with my CDN.

I took a look in a private window on Chrome and everything is missing.

Let me know if you still can’t see the issue.

Hi again,

I’m going to deactivate the “Combine Javascript Files” option as the images aren’t displaying and I’m worried clients might go to the site and it will be broken.

Hey @mbridge87

Please enable the JavaScript Combinations, clear your can cache and check your site again.

I’ve excluded two scripts from the combination, which generated js errors in the console.
