• When I disable the Beaver Builder Editor in the Post Edit page, images get to work, but when I enable it back, they get appointed the an old source.

It really seems a problem of cache, but refreshing Beaver didn’t seem to work…

I’ve refreshed the cache at: Settings->Beaver Builder->Tools->Clear Cache

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @rafaelvidal,

    Thanks for posting!

When you say disabling the BB editor, do you mean clicking on the Text Editor tab with the native WP editor?

Content from our builder gets ported to the native WP editor when that happens, but changes made from the native WP editor doesn’t get ported to the builder layout.

Is that what happened for your case? ??

Yes, by disabling I mean both disabling the plugin and changing from Beaver Builder to native WP Editor.

When I updated images in Beaver Builder, the images were visible. After applying changes (Pulbishing), images would not be displayed. They would still be appointing to an old direction. Seems a caching issue.

    Hey @rafaelvidal,

Apologies for the delayed response here.

It looks like the query strings on the assets are removed. Query strings are used by as a way to know when to uncache the files. Since these are removed on your site, there’s no way to know when a change has been made to the file, and when to uncache it.

This is usually done via an optimization plugin. Can you try disabling it real quick, clear BB’s cache, and see if this fixes the problem? Or if you’re using code to achieve it, try removing the code then re-apply it once the test is done. ??

    Ben
