Images disappear in WooCommerce

Are you using a plugin for galleries or product images? I have seen this before if images are loaded dynamically, or with javascript.

We use Complianz on a couple of WooCommerce shops as well, without issues.

Can you try deactivating integrations and see if this works, then enable them one for one to see which integration might cause the issues, if you have PayPal enabled, I would start there.

I just deactivated Composium but the situation is identical ad before: no more images in single product pages (and not only there).
Now is near midnight here and I’m not exactly “compos mei” to experiment anything. It will be my first thought tomorrow morning. Thank you for your suggestion, I just hope not to lose the settings with the reactivation (with Jetpack it always happens, for example)

Just to clarify, @aahulsebos is referring to the integrations listed under Complianz -> Integrations. Please test is disabling these (one by one) solves the problem. If we know which integration causes the images to disappear, we know where to look for a solution.

I deactivated them all, but I’ve not had anything changes respect the former situation: always zero images in the single product pages.

Could you go to settings, deactivate the cookie blocker and see if this works?

This will put Complianz in safe mode, and should not interfere anymore.

@i3uk as you have switched to another cookie plugin, there’s no way to tell what the problem is on your site. Your current cookie plugin does not block anything at all (facebook, doubleclick etc are all loaded before consent), which makes it easy not to break anything, but this is not GDPR compliant of course.

Most likely your issue is caused by the theme, using code that has to be blocked in the same script as a lazy loading image script.

The script in its entirety will get blocked, causing the images not to load.

I hace the same issue as listed before, ive disconnected all the integrations and even tested it in safe mode.

But Images don’t appear in the product page.
