Images disappear from Media Library

  • It happened first time a year ago. Most of the images disappeared from Media Library, mostly older ones. After a month they were all back. Now it has happened again. Meanwhile I have changed theme and deleted a few plugins. It just happen out of the blue. I have checked: All post_status set to inherit in _posts table. No difference in _posts between visible images and not visible.
    All images has same uploads URL. Images open when opening URL in browser.

  • Howdy @ottobe! Do the images still exist on the server?

    What is that ‘TD Cloud Library’ plugin that I’m seeing? Is that a media library plugin of some sort?

    Yes. They are all on server in /wp-content/uploads/. and Permission and Owner/Group is the same for all. Also URL show image.

    ‘TD Cloud Library’ comes with Newspaper theme. It is for downloading templates, not media related.

    This is really weird. I uploaded two old images again, and then suddenly the newer images has disappeared, and old ones has showed up.
