Images (digits) are not visible

    Did you by any chance change theme or update to a newer version when moving the site?

    Somebody else who is also using the Avada theme came across a similar problem recently. Basically the document.ready function in the counter loader script is not running. I’ll look into it when I get a chance, but it can be difficult to debug purely through a live site using a commercial theme.

    No we did not change theme or update Avada. We only update plugins when available.
    Do you know any similar plugin we can try? I searched all plugins and only found countdown style plugins. Your plugin was matching our need exactly.

    It’s working now after updating Avada to the latest version!
