    I did an import successfully but the images didn’t pull through. I’ve had to manually add a featured image so that it looks ok but the import pulled everything but the images.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please check event by edit, is there featured image or not. because image display will depend on a theme, plugin pulls the image from Eventbrite event and assign it as a featured image to an event. can you please check there.and also we check on demo server its works fine.

    Hi, thank you for your response but unfortunately, I’m not really sure what you mean. I did assume that the plugin would pull the image from the event and add it as a featured image but this didn’t happen. When I added a featured image manually it worked but the idea of purchasing the premium plugin is that it does the work automatically so I need to make sure it is working as it should.

    It just didn’t pull the images through. I noticed someone else asked the same question in the forum but I don’t think there was a response to that question.

    Thanks for contacting us, Image import issue is more relevant to server’s configuration. can you please contact your hosting provider they will surely help with the same.

    Would you mind being more specific about how the issue is server related and which configuration will need to be looked at, please? If I go to my hosting provider and tell them it’s their issue without some guidance they will just send me straight back to you. I purchased the premium plugin with the hope of getting some specific help.
