Hello Plugin authors. I really want to thank you for your efforts to bring us this awesome free plugin. unfortunately However, while testing it out on my website, a funny bug kept occuring. Infact, Whenever a user uploads an image in their profile or the activity section, it publishes perfectly and when you click on it gets bigger with a nice pop up and a word in the bottom left reading “image 1 of 1”. But, when the user refreshes the page and clicks again on the image it gets bigger with a the same pop up but this time in the bottom it reads “image 1 of 27” (that 27 is a random number i guess because each time a different number displays). Next to it there is a ‘next’ link with an arrow like this “Next>” and sometimes “< previous next >”. When the user click on either one of the links to go to a next image ‘apparently’, the pop up transforms to a bar that keeps loading and nothing happens, and when you click elsewhere to exit and then refresh the page, you find that the image was deleted. it’s like clicking on the next or previous links deletes the image. I hope you can reproduce this issue on my website and i’ll be here waiting for your response to assist you further with more infos or screenshots if you prefer to. Please write to me back soon. Thank you!

    Hey @masonwoods,

    Hope you’re well.

Yes, I can replicate on your site but I can’t replicate it on my test site with the default theme and not any extra plugins.

So can you try plugin conflict test and theme conflict test. You need to deactivate all the plugins except BuddyPress and BuddyPress Activity Plus. Then is the problem solved? If still not, please activate the default Twenty Seventeen theme, then is the problem solved?

Please let me know the conflict test results.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hello Mr. Oguz

Thank you for your quick reply. After a lot of testing i finally narrowed down the problem to a plugin called “simple lightbox”. this plugin was supposed to make Articles images pop up in a nice lightbox instead of going to another page. i desactivated the plugin and replaced it with another one that does almost the same thing and everything got back to normal. Thank again for your support. i’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved. Have a nice day!
