Hi do you have a cache plugin installed? This is the first time I see an image displayed 3 times.

Also, what are your settings in the backend for the plugin?

Hi, I didn’t have a cache plugin installed, I installed “WP Super Cache” and continue equal.
I check the settings and don’t see any option for this 3 clicks for change the image.

Image behaviour -> ‘Natural and centered’
Shrink slideshow’s height when width shrinks -> Yes
Enable responsiveness (Shrink slideshow’s width when page’s width shrinks)-> Yes

Automatically slide to the next slide -> Yes

Hide pagination, show when mouse hovers over -> Yes

Disable all plugins except this one and test again. If that does not work then change the theme with one of WordPress default themes.

Okay what about if you use a different theme?

Ummm, I was looking and testing differents themes and this one work well, I would like to keep it. I’ll try to change settings or see what plugin can work with it to show the arrows to change the images.
Do you think the theme is the problem?

I think you have a conflict with a plugin. The theme might not be the problem.

You can try and work on the arrows problem after you fix the conflict issue with the plugin or plugins..

Okay go back to your previous theme the one that was working before and disable all plugins except this one. Then enable one by one and carry out a test to see if it works. Do this until you find the conflicting plugin or plugins.
