Images Broken Over SSL

    I’ve just installed a new instance of WordPress 5.1.1, and noticed that once I have started to install plugins and a theme with some sample images, the images aren’t displaying.

    This only seems to be over https. If I load the site as http the images will load. WP-HOME is set to https. A weird thing to note is when checking the url of the images when not displaying, their link is http.
