I’m finding all my images in my popups, no matter which ones I select are displaying on my pages blurry.
Are you able to provide some guidance as to why this might be happening?

    Hi,

Same problem here. I’ve tried to insert a 1000×403 image in the popup but it’s ugly. Then I tried to use the same size as your template: https://supsystic-42d7.kxcdn.com/_assets/popup/img/assets/rain-031.jpg (1920 x 1200 px, 72 dpi) but no way the image looks the same… Please have a look at https://wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com/ and tell me what should I do to solve that poroblem..

    Thanks,

    Pierre

I am having the same problem. Do you have any solution?

    Hi Valeria,

Try to reference your image with external URI (insert from a web address) not by directly selecting it in the WP gallery. For me it has solved the problem.

Thank you, Pierre! It worked perfectly well! I have inserted the url directly into the css code. (backgorund-image)

First, check if you are using the original image resolution.
To do this, when adding an image via the Media Library, select Full Size mode.
Images are blurred – because WordPress changes their size if you don’t specify Full Size mode.?
It also depends on which graphically libraries are installed on the server and which versions they are, what size is selected on the image.?
But we think that in your case just full-size mode is not selected.
