Images available according to “Importable Items,” but fails to load to posts?

    Hello,

    I have a Google News feed that I’m trying to use for feed-to-post. None of the images are coming in. I can confirm that I have [#item_image] correctly set under Featured image in the Map content tab.

    When I click on “Preview Import” at the bottom of the Import Posts page, it shows me a green checkmark and the word “image” below each one. Yet when Feedzy generates the posts, it says none of them have featured images. Why is this?

    Hi @glp1faq,

    Thank you for using Feedzy.

    The problem might be related to the way the source is structured rather than the configuration of the magic tags in the import job. To make sure Feedzy will import the featured image of the articles, you can test your source on this website. If images appear there, Feedzy should also import and map them in the featured image field.

    In case the problem persists, would it be possible to share the source you are currently using so we can test it and confirm if images can be fetched or not?
