Images aren’t loading through

The images are not loading for the facebook reviews plugin but are loading for the google reviews plugin. I can see the images in the list of reviews within the wordpress dashboard but they are not displaying on the site. The URL is missing link for the image. it only shows “https://graph.facebook.com//picture?width=60&height=60”
