Images are Stretched

  • I updated to WP 3.5.2 and updated my theme. The theme owner recommended turning off TimThumb. However, now the integrity of my images is compromised. They’re all stretched. Can anyone recommend a plugin, etc. that works like TimThumb? I pay a lot of money for the photos and they complement the articles tremendously. I know HTML but like to refrain from editing CSS. If that’s the recommended route, please provide instructions.

  • Why did they recommend disabling timthumb?

    It works well, as long as you are using the latest version there are no known security holes.
