Images are not uploaded into gallery

    Hi,
    I installed this plugin in my site.
    but in the Process of adding the images into gallery it will give an error in inspect elements.like below error

    When I upload images, everything seems to be o.k.-
    when I confirm and finish, no image is shown and the gallery is empty:
    “Meta Information
    Total Images / Videos
    0″
    I wrote to your support yesterday and sent login details. Now I wait.
    Thank you.

    Part 2:
    It’s also not possible to import images from WP Media Manager. I bought your programme (Pro Version) 2 days ago and still cannot use it. First there was the search for the api-key, after licensing it stopps again. Please write back soon.

    And I can’t find any imprint on your site. Where are you located?

    What could that mean for people in Germany waiting for an answer?

    oh, i see:
    there is a new directory in wp-content
    gallery-master
    with a lot of sub-directories
    2016 (for the year)
    02 (for february)
    27 (for the date)
    – uploads
    – thumbs
