Images are not showing in order

Hi Sir/Madam,
We purchased the below addon
https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/product/wp-property-slideshowBut when we displaying the images in the front end the images are not in the order how they are appeared in the back-end(i.e) in slideshow images
In that addon page it is stating that “In order to appear in the global slideshow, you must first select the images by visiting the Properties -> Slideshow page, and then dragging and dropping them into the selection pane on the right. Keep in mind, the images will be displayed in the order that you establish here.”Please let us know how can i achieve that order of images same in the admin
do we have any field to sort that images?

If you’ve contacted the support channel for the 3rd party plugin, then what did they have to say?

, and that on the right-hand sidebar of that page, there is a “Contact support” link that leads to a page, that has another “Contact support” link, which indicates one may contact their support.
