Images are not recovered with the Image Optimization tool

    I am trying to optimize the images on my site, it requests the images from your server, but it does not retrieve them on my website, I have another page with the same error.
    On my main page the image optimization system has always worked, but for some reason it doesn’t work today.

    Hi qtwrk, thanks for replying.

    After many hours, some images have been recovered, it seems that the image optimization service is very slow.

    Check wordpress cron and services: litespeed_task_lqip, litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull and litespeed_task_imgoptm_req are running correctly once every minute.

    On my other page, the four pending images were downloaded after many hours from QUIC.cloud

    I am seeing 2 IPs

    xx.xx.188.151

    and

    xx.xx.188.146

    which one is the actual site IP ?

    Hi.
    My server ip is: xx.xx.188.151

    The fact is that the images were already extracted from quic.cloud but it took more than 9 hours.

    On my other page in productions I uploaded an image again yesterday to test the image optimization (which had worked fine until a few days ago, it didn’t take more than 10 minutes to upload and extract the images) and it took me the same 9 hours to extract the images , I had already tried on January 19 and it had taken the same nine hours.

    Is there any kind of delay in your image optimization service?

    there were some issue on some image optm node that might have caused delay , usually it should take 5 – 10 minutes for 200 images
