Images are not optimized

    Hello nosilver4u,

    I got the plugin to work however the results are not really convincing. I have run the tool in bulk and got a “no savings” for all images. Google pagespeed however tells me I need to optimize the images and upon manual download I could compress the JPGs with FileOptimizer.

    I have attached the debug log below, the directories have been anonymized.

    Everything looks good on the debugging output. All the tools appear to be detected. And that is definitely highly irregular that you would get ‘No Savings’ on every image.

    Do you have any of the conversion options enabled? Are there any other settings you changed from the defaults?

    Also, try turning on the WP_DEBUG setting in your wp-config.php file, then use the Empty table button on the Bulk Optimize to reset things, and try a handful of images that Google Pagespeed tells you there are savings to be found.
