    Hello!
For the last few days, I started to get some problems when using jetpack free image CDN, Most of the images are not loading on my website, only a few images are getting loaded.

When I tried to open those images directly by URL, I’m getting this text on the screen
We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetched

I want to tell you that I haven’t enabled any hotlink protections, Disabled all cache plugins, and even stopped lazy loading. still, it is not working, I tried to reinstall the jetpack and even tried disabling and enabling image acceleration features.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @denny29

I’ve taken a look into your site, and confirmed that most of your images aren’t appearing indeed. I’ve tried to inspect those, but I couldn’t as you had disabled the right click on your site.

Since the images are probably on your server, that error essentially means that we cannot access your images through our CDN.

We make cURL requests on those images to access them, but it seems we couldn’t fetch them. At this point, I’d suggest taking a look into your security plugins, or security settings server-side, and whitelist our IP ranges that can be found below:

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/#jetpack-whitelist

It’s also worth checking any .htaccess rule you have, that may be preventing us from fetching those images. You could also reach out to your host, and ask them if our user-agent is being blocked in any way: Photon/1.0

Let me know how it goes.

    Best,

I activated the CDN and could see the images loading from the CDN just find but I got an influx of customers saying no images were loading. I have no caching. Why would certain people not be able to load images from your CDN?
