Images are not loaded on cart page when updated

Hello,

First I want to thank you and congratulate for this plugin. I needed a few tests to make the right settings but it really increased my website performances.

I just have an issue on the cart page. When I add or remove some items from this page, the images are not loading/updating.

I also had another issue which I didn’t succeed to reproduce yet : I had some items in my cart not shown on cart page but really there and shown in checkout page. So it was impossible to remove / update them from cart page which can be a real problem in user experience.

I know it is not possible yet to desactivate the plugin for specific pages (many people asking for this and I understand why, especcially for checkout proccess), but may be you know some settings to change to solve my issue ?
