Are the image files using non-latin characters in the filenames? If so, it is best to import with PHP7 as it has Unicode support.

No, they are Chinese. But my server use PHP version: 7.1.16.

I’m having the same issue. I have exported from old site and imported to new but Media library shows blank – I can see them in the SQL and FTP though. I’ve saved permalinks and refreshed cache.
