Images are not fully loaded on Ipad

  • I have just started using Suffusion and got an issue that I am not able to sort out myself.

    The site works perfectly on my laptop and mobile devices. However, most of the images are not fully loaded when I open the site with my Ipad, causing low-resolution, blurry photos.

    Hi, can you clear the browser cache in your iPad? Can you confirm whether your iPad is up to date with apps and software updates.

    I tried to access using different Ipads and it was the same for everyone of them. All are up to date with apps and software updates. I’ve just tried to clear the cache, but to no avail.

    I have just got to your site in my iPad and there is no problem for me, all your images are loading correctly. It is therefore a specific device issue. It may be worth a hard reset of your iPad to see if that cures it otherwise a reload of iOS sounds as though it is in order.

    Thank you for your help. However, I highly doubt that it is a specific device issue.

    I have tried to reset my Ipad and the issue still occurred. I have also tried to use other Ipads and it was the same for every one of them. Other websites with high resolution images, however, are still loaded flawlessly.

    In addition, I noticed the homepage still loaded correctly in my Ipad but not other pages. The reason, I believe, is that I used Meta Slider for my homepage, and only posted the photos normally on other pages. Apparently, there might be some differences in these two methods, which could be the cause for this problem.

    Should I send this question to someone else for further inspection?

    I checked all your website pages on my iPad Mini, my wife’s iPad and my iPhone 5 and all the images loaded correctly and fully on all 3 devices.

    What I did find that was a bit unusual with your site was the responsive part. It works fine on small screened devices but in the Firefox Firebug responsive test it failed to be responsive. How have you enabled responsive with the Suffusion Options or with a plugin?

    What plugins do you have enabled. Try disabling them all and retesting BUT I say again no problem on any of my devices.
