Images are not displayed

We work on a customer site. The site is not online at the moment. Unfortunately the images at the englisch site is not shown. The source code looks like this

i use the oxygen builder with the repeater element. The image comes from a ACF Field.
i think the first part of the src URL is the problem.

Have you got any idear for this issue ?
