    It could mean that your site is not public, like behind a coming soon plugin or something similar or that you have a plugin interfering with the output of images.

    We sincerely apologize for the long delay here. As for your question though:

    Could it be related to the .htaccess file?

    If you have a deny and allow list set up in your .htaccess to block access to the server given specific guidelines, then it’s possible.

    What is the URL you used for the image in the email?

    If you still see issues, may we have you send us a copy of the email via [email protected] so we can take a closer look?
