Images are not converting in WEBp or AVIF

Before creating this ticket, I have checked through this tutorial and found plugin is not working.
Please find below the reference image with highlighted row of that image and see image is showing as original (jpeg) format and weight also not reduced and this is happening with all the images which I am uploading now:

So please resolve this issue ASAP.

@sarkariyojanalive Please tell me, did you block the cache in Dev Tools as instructed? Unfortunately I don’t see it in the screenshot.

I tested it myself and all images are loaded correctly in the AVIF format:
