images are from vendor not me

I moved my setup to a new server. I downloaded and uploaded the image files via ftp (plus the others.) I really need expert help on this. I am able to see the posts but none of the changes I made to the look/feel of the site show. I had overwritten the original images and they are still there so it is totally not making sense unless they are pointing to the theme developers server now but that seems unlikely. Isn’t it?

How can I see my images. I have chmod the cache. The urls were never changed. The only exception to this is the logo. I can not remember where I updated that. I thought it was the header but if I do that I still do not see my image. Only yours.

Even thier footer info shows although I had updated it to credit the company of the website and done a custom color.

I also read the codex docs and exported from the old into the new. Again. It did not help.
