images are distorted when live but not in preview

    I am running into an odd problem. Take a look at https://xastanford.org/about/leaders – a few of the images are distorted and the gallery is shown as a straight grid with square thumbnails. However, when I edit the post and click “Preview Changes” the gallery displays perfectly as I would expect – but only in preview mode. It is only when live that the images are distorted.

    Any suggestions?

    SOLVED: the problem was my theme (Customizr) which has an option buried in the settings to delay the loading of images. Having that active somehow messed with the CSS (and apparently the lazy loading is only invoked on live views, not page previews).

    If you are using Customizr and run into this problem, the setting in question is Customize > Advanced Options > Website Performances > Load Images On Scroll
