    Hello,

I decided to take a look at the preview of my daily RSS campaigns being sent out from Mailchimp. I noticed the last 2 that went out (today and yesterday), the image was broken.

When I deactivate this plugin, they appear again.

    Any idea?

Can you share a link to your feed, please? I can try to help diagnose the issue if I’m able to see it.

For some reason, when trying to load the featured image from any size other than the original, your server is returning a 403 (forbidden) error for me. I’m trying to pull these directly from your site:

A google search suggests this can be caused by incorrect file permissions, an .htaccess issue, or a hotlinking protection issue, or none of those. If you can resolve this 403 issue, I think your images will work in your feed.

That could make sense. I recently set up hotlink protection. Would there be a way to maintain the protection and still show the images?

Honestly, hotlink protection is not something I’ve ever done, so I don’t know. A cursory google search suggests that if you can identify the IP or website address you want to allow, that you can do that, but I would not know how. It’s interesting to me that the original size images are allowed, but that the smaller ones are not, even when trying to load directly from the site in a browser tab, which seems like it should be allowed no matter what? So, keeping in mind that I don’t know anything about the topic, my guess is that something may be misconfigured, but there should be a way to make this happen. Sorry to not be more helpful!
