    Hello, I have a small issue with images. After importing products from an XML file, product photos are added in the area designated for content (below the product description), instead of being added to the gallery. I would be grateful for help in solving this problem.

    It’s a correct mapping. I supposed that this issue is related with any conflict with theme or other plugins. Could you isolate the issue? Please disable all third-party plugins and switch to Storefront theme in your WordPress and try again. After this, please turn on plugins one by one, and check if the issue appears again. Reply to me with the results.

    Unfortunately, nothing helped – neither switching the theme nor disabling plugins – the problem with the images persists. Any other ideas?

    Try clear yours cache and cookies and try again. If it not helps, could you send me import option screen? I need to check yours synchronizuj pola produktu option setup.

    My developer says that this plugin only does caching on the visitor’s side and uses Cloudflare, so there’s no way it could affect the admin’s operations. I’m sending the screenshot you requested. It seems to me that everything looks fine.

    I have one more request. Could you point out the exact place in the source code responsible for importing images? We want to try to change directly in the plugin the location where the imported photos are to be added. Thank you in advance.

    Yes, in the product description in the XML file there are photos, and they have been added correctly. The problem is with the main product image and gallery. If you could, please point me to the place responsible for importing images – maybe my programmer will solve this problem by editing the plugin.

    Could you run import again and check, is there any error messages appear in import log?

    Is allow_url_fopen enabled in the server settings? If not, enable this option and run the import again.
