Images appearing twice on posts with inset & featured images

Hi,
The posts where we have a featured image and inset images shows up twice in wptouch theme.
Also, the image galleries are not showing up.
The shortcodes are also showing up even after entering the shortcode to hide it.
What’s going wrong? Please help.
