Images appearing in “Related Products”

  • Images appearing in “Related Products” on a specific product page are highly distorted. These are the same images that appear just fine as a Feature Image and within the listing. It has nothing to do with image size.
    I am working in Catalog Mode for the launch and to do market testing. I will go pure e-commerce after I validate the market and products.

    Hi,
    The plugin not manage the images product.
    Can you check if the problem persist also with the plugin deactivated ?

    I did not understand your instructions. Are you saying the Plugin is not for managing images in Product pages?
    Are you recommending to deactiviate the YITH Plugin.=?

    Hello,
    Catalog Mode plugin not manage the images, so the problem you are having should not be related to this plugin. We asked to disable the plugin so you can check for sure if the issue still persists that is due to another plugin
