    Hello
I am having a problem with Lscache since using it.
I believe it is image optimization but I am not sure.
The problem only exists on a slider: the images appear truncated (book cover, on the top of the page), but not every time.
I asked LScache to reset the unoptimized versions and cleared the page cache. It displayed well but then I saw that again, in a random way, the slide showed the truncated images. Do you have an idea ?
Are the other options that could possibly do this be minification of CSS or HTML?
I haven’t activated anything other important than these things.

Waiting for your reply, thank you

Do I have to send it from my backoffice on WP ?
It seems that I have to install “Do login security” (plugin) too ?

    Hi,

Could you please try disable all CSS optimize features , then purge all and see how it goes ?

    Best regards,

    (@dragondefeu76)

Ok. I desactivate all CSS optimize and purge all.
    What do you think ?

    Thread Starter dragondefeu76

    (@dragondefeu76)

    It seems working.

So, you think I can reactivate the image optimization ?

But I can not activate CSS optimizing ? Even the minifying of CSS ?
Before Lscache, I had WP Rocket, and the minifying of CSS was working (but I hadn’t tested with the others option that I had on LScache)

    Hi,

So, you think I can reactivate the image optimization ?

Yes, you can re-activate the image opt

But I can not activate CSS optimizing ? Even the minifying of CSS ?

No , we need to narrow down which feature breaks it , then act on next step

so it is CSS minify ? if you re-enable all other CSS features and only keep minify OFF, it works ?

    Best regards,

Ok, sorry but I thought it was working by desactivate CSS optimizing (all option) but i double check right now and I don’t kwow why it once again tronqueted some of images of the slider (wich appear on the bottom of home page, by the way).

I did F5 to purge cache from Firefox (and purge Lscache) before and it one again not working (image non-optimezed and CSS optimizing turn off)…
I don’t understand. Did the code report say something ?

    Hi,

I did F5 to purge cache from Firefox (and purge Lscache) before and it one again not working (image non-optimezed and CSS optimizing turn off)…

Today I got a report on an user who got a weird issue on FF but all OK on Edge/Chrome /Safari.

i double check right now and I don’t kwow why it once again tronqueted some of images of the slider (wich appear on the bottom of home page, by the way).

so you are saying even with CSS optimization off , it is not working either ?

could you please try on other browsers ?

    Best regards,

    (@dragondefeu76)

    Hello
Yes, I’m saying that without any CSS optimization, the sliders images are troncated as you can see below, on the screenshot on Chrome (x2) and Edge
    https://editionslalchimiste.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Capture1-chrome.jpg
    https://editionslalchimiste.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Capture2-chrome.jpg
    https://editionslalchimiste.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Capture3-Edge.jpg

So It doesn’t work on Firefox, chrome and Edge, and with CSS off
    (I can’t try on Safari)

Waiting for your anwser, thank you

I also tried to with minify Html, but the problem is still here…(so I reactivate)

Do I have to send a report once again ? With an access to the darshboard ?

    Hi,

What if you reset to default setting , and see how it goes ?

    Best regards,

    Thread Starter dragondefeu76

    (@dragondefeu76)

How can I reset the default setting ?

One thing I notice, when the Lscache plugin is off, the problem disapear…

(Ps : note that I ‘m discussing with DIVI support too, to find if something is wrong somewhere)

    Thread Starter dragondefeu76

    (@dragondefeu76)

Ok, I found. I reset, but now I wait to setting domain Key…

    Thread Starter dragondefeu76

    (@dragondefeu76)

    So, I resume :
    – I did reset : you’are right : it is working. There is no more probleme on the slider. All images are not tronquated.

    – So, now, how can I have setting that is good enough to accelerate the web site, without have this issue ?

Do you have any idea of what cause the problem ? CSS ? HTml ?

    thank you,
    Best regards
