Images and videos do not open

    Hi. The plugin is configured and worked when the website was created. Some weeks ago, some images and videos stopped appearing even with the updated plugin. Can you look at the link I sent and help me with what may be going on?

    Hey @goncalo-cruz,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Please go to Instagram Feed > Customize > Make sure Favor Local Images is enabled then click the Reset Resized Images and Clear Backup Cache buttons. This should help with the errors which are related to an API change back in October 2020.
