Images and videos are gone

    Good evening,

    We were having some problems with a maleware redirect so we downloaded your plugin to fix the issue. After i have deleted the malicious files the website was back. Except for the fact that i noticed that the video backgrounds and some of my images arent showing. Also my instagram feed is empty.

    Could someone please help?

    Sometimes when you first activate Wordfence, it has to learn what is normal on your page. The firewall should have started in Learning Mode, but let’s double-check that.

    From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

    Thanks for the reply. The firewall was already in learning mode and i changed it into enable and protection. Unfortunately the images and video background still arent showing. Is there something else that i can try?

    If you disable Wordfence, are the images populating? Is this only an issue if Wordfence is enabled? If so, it would be a conflict with one of your plugins or themes.
