Imagem do autor do depoimento n?o aparece

Ola,
estou tendo o seguinte problema, quando os cliente v?o adicionar a foto no comentário, os clientes que optam por tirar a foto na hora usando a camera do celular ao enviar o comentário apresenta erro, quando eu vou gerenciar os comentários ele esta la mas n?o vem com a imagem do cliente.

Já quando o cliente opta por adicionar uma foto da sua galeria de imagens n?o da nenhum problema.

O problema esta na imagem que é retirada na hora usando a camera do celular dele, e quando ele envia da erro e n?o aparece a imagem pra mim.
