Image won't open once posted.

I add/insert media to a post at the top (Just one image) and then add/insert media (Gallery) at the bottom. When I visit the page the bottom images open up when clicked but the top one doesn’t. This is a recent development as some of my old posts still work. I haven’t changed anything so what’s going on? I’m still doing things the same way I always have.
