image won't go away

    The site is Encyclopedia of Surfing

    I don’t have the popup on right now, because the site is is live; I don’t know how to use staging.

    The cursor turns to a glove when it goes over the popup, as it should, and it takes viewers to the “Support EOS” page like it’s supposed to. But the cursor remains an arrow when it’s outside of the image.

    Maybe I’m missing something? How to clear the image.

    Also, the image does not go away from my site when I put it in the trash, only when I do a “delete permanently”
