“Image without Button” and “Video without Button” do not work

    Hello support,
    I use namecheap shared hosting, lastest wordpress version, installed only this plugin.
    When I tried to add a new poll, I found that the “Image without Button” and “Video without Button” themes did not work, after selecting these two themes, it did not load the function properly, but just showed a blank frame.
    Anything I can do to get it work?

    Btw,I tested the other free themes, and they worked.
