Seems like a nice tool. Would be interested in buying the pro version, but I cannot get the image to appear. I loaded a jpeg file to Draw Attention and added 4 clickable areas. Also added the short code to a page. When I view the page, all that shows is the Draw Attention image title and an empty grey box. The image itself does not show. What could I be doing wrong? Could my WordPress theme (Simplemag) be interfering with the plugin?

Sorry you’re having trouble, it’s most likely the theme and/or a javascript conflict. Can you try switching to a default wp theme temporarily to see if that’s causing the problem?

Can you send an example link with the problem? Either posted here or emailed to [email protected]

    Thanks!

Sadly, I am not able to get the plugin to run on the Simplemag theme I am using, which is built on the redux framework. Something between the framework and the theme is stopping the image from showing. I was able to get the plugin to work on a Thesis theme without problem. I had such high hopes for this plugin, but it looks as though it’s not meant to be. Otherwise it seems like an incredible tool. Let me know if you should ever find a solution. Best regards.

Sorry to hear that, can you email us a copy of the theme to [email protected]? We’ll load it up and test with it. If it’s an issue we can work around we certainly will, although it may be an unavoidable problem/conflict specific to the theme.

I’m going to mark this item resolved, but please reopen it if you’re still having trouble ??
