Image viewable on Mac but not PC?

  • Hi,

    I’ve added an image to a text widget on the sidebar of my website and it displays fine on my mac but not on my colleagues PC. I’m running Safari and they’re running different versions of Internet explorer but mainly 8.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I should have included the following link:

    The logo appears on the top right of the sidebar on Macs but not on PCs? The site was created and is maintained using a mac, the image is a .tiff file.

    You shouldn’t use .tiff files in a web page. Try using .png, .jpg or .gif files instead.
