Image & Video Load Errors

Hello:

I like your plugin and find it most useful and a desirable for enhancing profiles. I have, it seems run into a couple of problems. The image below demonstrates the problems clearly. Simply put, I am getting an error message when uploading images and videos but the error. The error message displays in a large red box and is rather intimidating yet the image still gets uploaded. Secondly, for some reason, unlike the native tabs on Um, the image and Video tabs seem to put the page in a frame and won’t clear unless a screen refresh is done.

Any ideas or advice on fixing these?
