Image variations not generating due to database error

    We have narrowed down an issue with image variations not generating on upload to the AltText.AI plugin, when the plugin is deactivated uploads work correctly.

    When it is active, these errors are logged and image variations are not generated:

    The version 1.1.1 of AltTextAI plugin is conflicting with “WP Offload Media” plugin. When we try to import an image, the thumbnail is not loading for the new image. When we disable “WP Offload Media” plugin, the thumbnail is showing for the newly uploaded images, but the old ones which were showing thumbnails are now not showing the thumbnails.

    @bonedigital Are you sure this is an issue with our plugin? If you are disabling WP Offload Media and thumbnails work, then it seems like there is a problem with WP Offload Media.

    Our plugin doesn’t modify any image locations or the files themselves. If you have details from an error log or similar, please let us know and we can take a look!
