image variation

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When your product variations do not have a product image the plugin will automatically grab the image of the main parent product. What is the field mapping you are using, can you share a screenshot of that?

my variations ALWAYS have an image, I don’t know where you saw that I write the opposite?
I tried to deactivate the plugin I have for the variations, nothing changed.

I don’t have the variation image

–> that is where you say you don’t have variation images.

I checked your product feed and your product variations all seem to have a product image in them. Please clarify what the exact issue is you are experiencing.

I put an image for each of my variations,
but in your feed only the main images appear, never the images of each variation

That too should happen automatically. When a product variation has a separate image it should use that one and not the main image.

Some questions:

• Are you perhaps using a 3th party product image plugin?
• Did you make sure that the “Use parent variable product image for variations” feature in our general plugin settings is disabled?

Did you make sure to also re-process your feed after you disabled that feature?

Our plugin is not compatible with it so that is the reason why your variation images are not ending-up in your feed. Our plugin can only handle the default WooCommerce product variation images.

I regenerated the tables by woo, and various variable refreshes by woo, and my data tables

nothing change, so i do a new feed !

it’s good now with this new feed, and I was able to correct the weight that I couldn’t correct with the old feed
morality when a feed is bad the best is to make a new one with the new standards!
