what captcha plugin are you using?

Hi Marcus. I’m using the native image verification. I put Captcha as a tag to help other people search, but I’m not using a 3rd party Captcha plugin.

Image verification is automatically enabled when the ticket sales option is enabled.

are you using Events Manager? we use reCaptcha, but only available in our pro add-on

Maybe that’s why it doesn’t work. No, I’m using the free version. When ticket purchase is turned on, a user is asked to verify their purchase with a captcha-style input matcher.
