Image URLs In Upload Directory Not Being Redirected In Multisite

Safe Redirection Manager has worked great for pages and posts in a multisite instance. However, when I try to redirect an image url like: https://testsite.dev/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/wordpress-300×300.png to another URL it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tested on both the parent & child sites without any luck.

Again, pages and posts work great but I haven’t been able to figure out media. Thanks for any suggestions you may have.
