Image URL not syncing

Testing out the free version at the moment, using the data on the test google sheet, the products import ok but the image url isnt being imported. Have set in the general settings to use Image URL instead of ID. Tried saving the image and adding it to the media gallery and using that URL but still nothing, just appears to be ignoring the images column from the sheet. All images are accessible from the internet.
