Image url has an equals sign inserted

WordPress 6.4.2 Theme Twenty Twenty Four.
WPForms Lite Version 1.8.5.4 |The email generated by the wpform when submitted on the website is arriving without the image displaying (just the placeholder text displays).
The image is added in the WPForms / Settings / Header Image. I see it displaying fine there.
The url for that image is (the site is password protected for now but if there is a reason using the site would help you, let me know.)
https://talentquestnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/Copy-of-Talent-Quest.pngViewing the source of the email reveals the problem.
The url in the email is https://talentquestnow.com/wp-content/u=ploads/2023/12/Copy-of-Talent-Quest.png
The url in that email has an “=” sign inserted within the word “upload”.
Notice the /u=uploads/ rather than /uploads/Here is what I have tried:
- I have removed the image and re-added it
- I have replaced the image
- Re-saving the settings for the Permalinks did not help.
- Disabling all plugins (except WPForms) did not help.
- The theme I am using is Twenty Twenty Four. I changed it to Twenty Twenty Two and that did not help.
- Contact my host provider just to see if they could shed any light but they said its a plugin issue.
Any suggestions on what this could be or how to fix it or how to debug it further?
Thank you
